Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OpenTrader AI iOS application (the “App”) and any related services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App. The App operates as a promotional platform that provides access to advertising content and third-party investment-related opportunities.
1. Use of the App

We may update or modify the App from time to time to improve functionality, security, or performance. Updates may be applied automatically. By continuing to use the App after updates are implemented, you agree to the revised version of the App.

Nothing in the App should be interpreted as financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to enter into any transaction.
